32 Weeks

By now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus . You're gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact he'll gain a third to half of his birth weight during the next 7 weeks as he fattens up for survival outside the womb. He now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). His skin is becoming soft and smooth as he plumps up in preparation for birth.

Today, I had my 32 week appt. and The Dr. said everything looks goos. He now weighs about 4 pounds and and 4 oz. and everything is right on target. YAY! The nurse came in to take my blood pressure and she goes where in the heck is your baby. You make us all look bad.  I so can't wait only 8 weeks left. Where has the time gone. It has gone by so fast I can't believe it.

30 weeks

Your baby's about 15.7 inches long now, and he weighs almost 3 pounds. A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surroundshim, but that volume will decrease as he gets biggerand takes up more room in your uterus. His eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; evev after he's born, he'll keep his eyes closed for a good part of the day. When he does open them, He'll respond to changes in light but will have 20/400
vision which means he can only make out objects a few inches from his face.
I had my 30 week appt. today it went really good the baby is looking really good. He is weighing about 3 pounds and 14 ounces. So he is a big boy but all my kids are big so not a real shocker. The Dr was really surprise how active Jaxon was today. He kept kicking the heart monitor when the dr was trying to listen to him. The dr said he is going to be a GREAT soccer player. (Jeff will be so excited) They were telling me that they hospital is allowing 14 and older in but only 2 visitors in the room at all times and the 2 visitors will have a wrist band ( like a medical one) on an they have to stay the same at all times you can't change at all. But the hospital website says that 2 people can stay and when those 2 people leave 2 more can come. So who knows what will happen. I just can't believe that I have less than 10 weeks left. YAY Here is what I look like at 30 weeks

Babysitting Victor

V- Dog and a Chenielle came over to play while their mom had to go to the dentist. He is such a chuck I love it. He was so cute and fun. Jeff had so much fun playing with him. He would get him to laugh so hard it was too cute. All the kids had so much fun. They all were fighting to hold him. Jeff was afraid to put V in the swing cause he might break it cause he is so thick;) Everytime Jerzee holds V she tips over so we had to put her on the couch so she can lean back. She love him so much Between her and Jeff I don't know who is more excited for Baby Jaxon.

28 weeks

This week, your baby weighs almost 2 pounds (like a head of cauliflower) and is about 14 1/2 inches long with his legs extended. He's sleeping and waking at regular intervals, opening and closing his eyes, and perhaps even sucking his fingers. With more brain tissue developing, your baby's brain is very active now. While his lungs are still immature, they would be capable of functioning — with a lot of medical help — if he were to be born now. Chalk up any tiny rhythmic movements you may be feeling to a case of baby hiccups, which may be common from now on. Each episode usually lasts only a few moments, and they don't bother him, so just relax and enjoy the tickle. Some of those tickles hurt. LOL I went to my check up and everything is going really well. The dr is really pleased with everything. I cant believe how fast is has gone. I am really excited to see him. today my sister in law is having her baby and I cant wait to go see him. she will be a great mom. CONGRATS kristina and Evan. and welcome to the world Baby Parker. Here is what I look Like at 28 weeks.

26 Weeks

Head to heels, your baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. His weight — a pound and a half — isn't much more than an average rutabaga, but he's beginning to exchange his long, lean look for some baby fat. As he does, his wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and he'll start to look more and more like a newborn. he's also growing more hair — and if you could see it, you'd now be able to discern its color and texture.

I had my 26 week appt. and the Dr. said everything looks really good. The baby is doing great and is right on track. He told me I am measuring about 34 weeks and I don't think I look that big! but oh well. When we went to the drs. he said all IHC hospitals starting as of OCT. 1 ARE NOT letting any children or visitors in because of the H1N1 (swine flu).I asked what about siblings to the baby and they said NO. I guess it is a good thing but a sad thing cause no one can come and see us until we come home :( I asked them when are they going to let them and they said probably in April when its over but they didn't know for sure yet. He said that all pregnant moms will have to have the flu shot and the H1N1 shot when it comes out. I got my flu shot yesturday and boy did I forget how bad it burns. I hope the H1N1 wont hurt that bad. Now I am going every 2 weeks. GOSH this pregnancy is going way to fast. We are so excited for Baby Jaxon to come. He couldn't come any faster. so it will be HAlloween, then thanksgiving, then Christmas, then Baby Jaxon YAY!!!
